Revel Peak Co. is dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach new heights through intentional coaching and experiential learning. With over 10 years of diverse facilitation experience, we specialize in fostering peak engagement, performance, and well-being for your own career journey or your team's goals.

 

Our founder and facilitator, Lauren Wooster, holds advanced training in coaching and consulting as well as outdoor industry standards such as a M.A.Education, Gallup Strengths Coach Certification, Leave No Trace Instructor Certification, and Wilderness First Responder Certification. She has extensive knowledge of facilitating transformative experiences in nature as well as in the boardroom.
